Exercising will improve your personality as well as your health.

Work. With which we spend our body energy which we fulfill with the help of water, So we should start our day by drinking 2 to 3 glasses of water  in the morning. We often make the mistake that in winter we feel very thirsty due to which we have less water, so that our body is not able to meet the lack of water, so we can use warm water in winter.

  • Avoid fast food and protect your health from disease

If you want to stay fit and healthy, then you should stay away from outdoor food and fast food because fast food companies like pizza, burgers, chowmin, rolls etc. use a lot of hot spices and oil content in their food. . Eating can be harmful, which can also cause cancer. Therefore, if possible, we should not consume fast food and should avoid it.

In lunch you can have a normal meal which is healthy and tasty. Pulses (lentils), rice, eggs, fish, salads can be included in the meal, milk – yogurt, fruits etc. can be included. Is because eating healthy helps you provide energy throughout the day.

Take a light dinner, it will help in your digestive health

 We should take dinner very lightly, because night time is such that we do no work, due to which we are unable to digest our heavy food. Dinner like rice, lentils or milk etc. can be taken. Keep in mind that we should not drink water after eating.

If possible, the food should be eaten by 4 pm, which will make it easier for your digestive system to digest food and you will not have any problem.

Eat fruits or dry fruits: –

During the day we should eat something within every hour or two in which we can eat fresh fruits or dry fruits, dry fruits which meet the quantity of real water by natural or artificial methods. Dried fruits have more nutrition than fresh fruits. They contain essential vitamins and minerals which are inability to fight many types of diseases, even helpful in eradicating many chronic diseases.

Can a fat person be healthy? 

Obesity is a curse for our bodies. Obesity is the root of many diseases, we have to keep our health healthy, so we have to stay away from obesity. For this, yoga can be practiced and exercised, obesity causes sluggishness in the body and due to which our body becomes lazy and our body is not able to work with full energy and diseases take hold of our body.
